Residents of Block House Creek said 'Not in my back yard' to the city of Leander over a proposed easement for a wastewater line. Judge Billy Ray Stubblefield thought otherwise in his ruling.
Stubblefield on Wednesday afternoon ruled in favor of Leander in the case, meaning the city can use a greenbelt to lay a wastewater line.
