H.E. Butt Grocery Co. has issued a precautionary recall for Luvs Candy Text Messages, a hard candy that is sold in all of its stores.
The San Antonio-based company, which is the largest grocery chain in Austin, said the fruit-flavored candy may contain “foreign material.” There have been no reports of illnesses or injuries, but the grocer adds that it is taking all necessary precautions. ZED Candy is the manufacturer of the product.
