From Austin Business Journal, December 30, 2008..."Sushi NiNi, which offers appetizers, soups, salads, sushi and sashimi, has leased space in Round Rock Crossing at the southeast corner of I-35 and State Highway 45. Ryder Jeanes, Lance Morris and Parker Estes handled negotiations for that restaurant."
That would seem to put it in the same strip as Dimas and Tracy's Vino 100.
